Located in the Canterbury Hills Estate, the Canterbury Hills Lake is home to Geese & Yabbies, as well as various bush land birds and wildlife. Although good for dog walking with shallow areas for paddling, this is not an area suitable for swimming. The Geese have a designated breeding box here, so it is a great place to catch a glimpse of goslings during spring.
With rolling hills this lake is a lovely feature of Sunbury and the Estate, and once the surrounding park lands are completed it promises to be even more beautiful.
